Dignity, privacy, and clear limits
Community rules
These rules protect people asking for help, people offering help, and the wider community. Forms are not open yet, but these rules show how the service will work.
Be honest
Describe what you need or can offer. Do not claim a licence, skill, identity, or connection you do not have.
Protect privacy
Share only what the form needs. Do not post another person’s details or story. They must know, and you must have the right to act for them.
Respect boundaries
Do not pressure anyone to share more or keep talking. Do not pressure them to pay, donate, enter a home, drive, or hand over keys.
Use the right service
Do not use Ramara Helps for emergencies, crime, medical care, childcare, or intimate care. Weapons and controlled substances are not allowed. Do not ask for work outside our rules.
Be clear about every cost
Do not add surprise charges. Any future labour, material, fuel, purchase, or other cost must be specific and agreed before an introduction.
Report concerns privately
Do not turn a safety concern or private dispute into a public post or rating. We will publish a fair complaint and review path before introductions open.
What happens when a rule is broken
Ramara Helps may hold a response, limit access, keep a small safety record, or refer an urgent matter when lawful and needed. A fair complaint and appeal process must be active before introductions open.
