Frequently asked questions

What the listening stage can and cannot do.

Is Ramara Helps arranging help now?

No. We are in a listening stage. Private forms will collect needs and offers, but matching and introductions are not active yet.

Who can ask for help?

An adult in Ramara may ask for themselves or a dependent. They may also ask for another adult who knows and agrees. We review this in private.

Who can offer help?

An adult may offer help from anywhere if they clearly agree to serve people in Ramara. An offer does not make someone active or verified.

Does community help cost money?

A future task may involve materials, fuel, a purchase, or another cost. Every possible cost must be clear and accepted before an introduction. Ramara Helps will explain any platform charge before it applies, and payment cannot buy a higher place in results.

Will my request appear in public?

No. Your form, contact details, location, and personal story stay private. We may later show a broad need shared by several homes. We will first check that it cannot identify anyone.

Do I need an account or a public profile?

No account is needed for the listening forms. You will not need a photograph, public biography, diagnosis, proof of poverty, or proof that you deserve help.

Can I use a landline or ask someone to help with the form?

Those options are planned, but they are not active yet. We need trained people, open hours, clear consent, and safe records first.
