These terms cover the website and optional email updates while private forms are being prepared. They do not create a matching or emergency service.

Use of this website
You may use the public pages to learn about Ramara Helps. When forms open, adults must provide accurate information and use the form only for its stated purpose. A person asking for help must be in Ramara. A person offering help may live elsewhere but must agree to serve Ramara.
Email updates
You may share your own email address and choose the kinds of Ramara Helps news you want. You must confirm that you own the address before it is added to the update list. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Signing up is not a request for help. It does not create a matching service, promise a reply, or reserve a place. Do not put a story, address, phone number, or urgent request into the signup.
No emergency response
Ramara Helps is not an emergency service. No one watches it at all times, and it does not send help right away. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.
No promise of help or introduction
A form will not promise a reply, match, helper, service, timeline, or outcome. Matching, paid work, phone, text messages, and identity checks are not active unless the website clearly says they are.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not threaten, harass, exploit, mislead, or discriminate. Do not avoid a safety rule or ask for banned work. Do not collect another person’s information without their knowledge and permission.
Future terms
We will check these terms before matching or higher-risk help opens. The check will cover the law, complaints, insurance, and safety. Important changes will be dated and explained.
